I received my MA in English Literature from Indiana University, where I am currently a PhD candidate in British Romanticism. My specific interests are poetry, cognitive literary theory, and aesthetics.

My teaching experience is mostly working with “basic writers.” I enjoy the flexibility of reading and writing across time periods, genres, and media in these introductory composition courses. Continuing in this vein, I will be teaching ENGL 110 courses this semester at NDSU.
