Cody graduated with a degree in literature from Montana State University-Billings in 2008. In 2014, he graduated from North Dakota State University with a Master's degree in rhetoric and composition. His Master's paper pioneered research into autistic college students' perspectives re: composition classroom peer review activities. His other research interests include shamanism, monster symbolism, and disability pedagogy. In/famous for his scatterbrained toughness, Cody strives to help NDSU students realize their hidden writing superpowers.
