Dr. Kara Gravley-Stack has extensive experience working in higher education (in housing and residence life, student activities programming, service-learning, and LGBTQ student services). Formerly, as the director of diversity initiatives at NDSU, she provided training, support, and resources to faculty, staff, and students in the areas of anti-racism, sexual orientation/gender identity, and cultural diversity initiatives. Kara earned her B.A. in English and Communication/Business from Augustana University (Sioux Falls), her M.S. in Counseling and Student Affairs from MSUM, and her Ph.D. in Education/Institutional Analysis from NDSU.
