This session will discuss the unknown risk of the online application process for candidates with disabilities. We will provide a few practical approaches to managing this risk and what steps to take to improve your outreach, recruiting, and reporting on candidates with disabilities. We will define the difference between accessibility versus accommodating candidates with disabilities. Participants will be guided through practical solutions and processes.
