NDSU Soccer Elite Girls Camp (Conference/Workshop/Seminar)
This Elite Girls ID Camp is offered for serious and advanced soccer players. The camp will place great emphasis on preparing high level 9th-12th graders for play at the elite level.
Training sessions are developed by the North Dakota State Women's soccer staff and include the use of current NDSU players. Training sessions will enhance and develop technical skills and tactical awareness for highly competitive players. Feature areas of emphasis will include speed and agility training, strength training, nutrition, and academic preparation/college recruiting.
