Adaptive Content: Your Job is Not to Create Web Pages (Conference/Workshop/Seminar)

"Thinking about where content will 'live' on a 'web page' is pretty 1999" (Lisa Welchman). During this session, learn how to create modern content with value - multiple sizes, meaningful metadata and written for reuse. Demystify metadata. Write chunks not blobs. Decouple the idea of "what something is" from "the way that it looks," and stop thinking of content as being published to one, and only one, place - what works for desktop Web simply doesn't work for mobile, social media, smart watches, etc. Learn strategies to make content that can go anywhere and everywhere because your job is not to create Web pages.
