Type Species: Oplomus nigrolimbatus Spinola, 1852, by original designation.

Taxonomic Placement: Is a member of the Subfamily Asopinae.

Key to Species

1          Connexiva uniformly pale yellow; basal antennal segments pale yellowish, sometimes tinged with reddish; humeri tinged with orange (Chile)

nigrolimbatus (Spinola)

-           Each connexival segment with a black spot in each anterolateral and posterolateral angle; basal antennal segments dark brown to black; humeri and pronotal disk concolorous yellow (southern South America)

tabidus (Signoret)
