Wednesday, January 25th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in HILL 240.
Tuesday, February 14th from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in HILL 240.
Thursday, March 9th from 2:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in HILL 240.


North Dakota State University has implemented an online curriculum management system (CIM). Login to the online system using your NDSU electronic ID (same credentials used Blackboard):

Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) – Course Inventory Management

-  Propose new courses
-  Propose changes to existing courses
-  Inactivate or reactivate courses
- Requires governance approval

Ongoing approval process

Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) – Program Management

-  New program proposals (Stage I and Stage II)
-  New Prefix Requests
Requires governance approval

Ongoing approval process with NDUS

-  Program edits
-  Inactive current program(s)
-  Edits to Major/Minor tab within Bulletin (Undergraduate and Professional programs only)
Requires governance approval

Ongoing approval process – must be completed by May Faculty Senate meeting for updates in the upcoming Bulletin; recommend to start process by late January to ensure approval at all levels

  1. Navigate to the CourseLeaf login page by following the links above.

  2. Click the circle icon:

  3. Login with your NDSU electronic ID (same credentials used as Blackboard).

  4. Once logged into CourseLeaf, you will see the Course Inventory Management or Program Proposal screen:
  • Once logged into CourseLeaf you will have access to all the necessary forms.
