Join the Group Decision Center for a workshop on the basics of creating a form using the Qualtrics software. No matter what your level of experience with Qualtrics is, you will pick up new tips and tricks for creating forms efficiently. Follow along as we prepare a standard "contact us" form from start to finish and learn how to add forms to TYPO3-based websites. Bring samples of the forms you need to create and we can offer additional assistance as time allows.
