Round table discussions will take place from 9-11 a.m. in Hidatsa, Arikara, and two locations in Plains (side 1 and 2). 
Please note that Plains Room is the south half of the Great Plains Ballroom.

  • International Students: Please note that this orientation session is for all graduate students - both international and domestic - and attendance is strongly encouraged; it is separate from the required orientation on August 17 & 18 for all international students - both undergraduate and graduate - that is facilitated through the Office of International Student and Study Abroad Services. For more information on that orientation, click here.

  • Conflicts: If you have any conflicting meetings or orientation sessions that are related specifically to your academic department or program, we encourage you to attend those program-specific events.

  • Unable to attend: For students with conflicts, online/distance students, or those who are otherwise unable to attend part or all of graduate orientation, information will be on our website after the event.
