A minor in Gerontology is sponsored through the College of Human Development and Education and the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. It provides students with an integrated understanding of the process of aging, aging services, and the aged in America. There are six basic areas of study. Students should follow the directions provided for each of the areas.

Advisors are assigned by major rather than minor.  Margaret Fitzgerald is the contact person for information and guidance concerning this minor.
