Administrative/Office Toolbox

The Administrative Toolbox is a resource to assist in the performance of administrative functions related to Human Resources and Payroll. This information provides answers questions on topics such as:  what job family and job code to use, how to hire a non-benefited employee, how to process summer salary, instructions on payroll processes during semester breaks, which job families are eligible for benefits, how to obtain PeopleSoft access and information, and how to obtain PeopleAdmin access and find recruiting resources.

Open enrollment has begun for Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance policies and the Flex Spending and AFLAC accounts will begin open enrollment on November 1.
