  • Families First Coronavirus Response Act
    • Effective January 1, 2021 The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), which expired on December 31, 2020, was not extended as a part of the recent stimulus bill. Therefore, FFCRA (COVID) leave will no longer be available to employees as of January 1, 2021. Benefited employees, who need to take leave due to COVID after December 31, 2020, may be able to use accrued sick leave for quarantine related absences and accrued annual leave for COVID related school/daycare closures. Temporary/Non-benefited employees will need to take leave without pay.
