NDSU is committed to supporting all employees and their families. Current policies and state law prevent NDSU from offering health insurance benefits to same-gender couples. NDSU policies and programs that are inclusive to same-gender partners include:
- Employee Assistance Program
- Wallman Wellness Center membership
- NDSU Policy 103 is inclusive of partner hires without the formal search process
- NDSU Policy 133.1 Tuition Waiver - Spouse/Partner/Dependent
- Family Medical Leave
