Michael Schnepf is a 2012 Industrial Engineering & Management graduate and has been working for Border States Electric in Fargo, ND ever since. As of 2019, he has been in BSE’s corporate offices for 7 years and is currently the Data & Analytics Manager overseeing business intelligence and master data management initiatives. Past roles & experience included business process improvement; project management; and inventory, pricing and data analyst work. Michael has been on the Industrial & Manufacturing Advisory Board since 2016. In his free time, Michael and his wife Tania enjoy being parents to two beautiful girls, Madelyn and Ruby.
