Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10
- Locate the Safety drop-down list menu in the upper right corner of the window (click the "Gear" icon or click "Safety" on the Toolbar)
- Click Delete Browsing History . . .
- Uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data", check "Temporary Internet files", "Cookies", and "History"
- Click Delete
- or -
- From the Menu Bar, click Tools | Internet options
- Select the "General" Tab
- In the "Browsing history" section, click Delete . . .
- Uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data", check "Temporary Internet files", "Cookies", and "History"
- Click Delete
Internet Explorer 7
- On the Menu Bar, select Tools | Internet Options
- Click the "General" tab
- In the "Browsing History" section, click Delete . . .
- Click Delete files . . . to delete your cache, Delete cookies . . . to clear the cookies, Delete history . . . to delete the history
- Click Close, click OK to exit
Firefox 3.5 (and newer) - Windows
- On the Menu Bar, click Tools | Clear Recent History . . . or History | Clear Recent History . . .
- From the "Time range to clear:" drop-down list menu, select the range you want to clear; to clear the entire cache, select "Everything"
- Click the "Details" arrow and choose which history elements to clear (i.e. Cookies, Cache, etc.)
- Click Clear Now
Firefox 3 - Windows
- On the Menu Bar, select Tools | Clear Recent History . . .
- Select the items you want to delete (i.e. Cache, Cookies, etc.)
- Click Clear Recent History . . .
Firefox 3.5 (and newer) - Mac OS X
- From the Firefox Tools menu, click Clear Recent History
- From the "Time range to clear:" drop-down list menu, select the desired range to clear; select "Everything" to clear the entire cache
- Click the "Details" arrow to select the elements to clear
- Click Clear Now
Firefox 3 - Mac OS X
- From the Firefox Tools menu, select Clear Recent History
- Select which elements you want to clear (i.e. Cache, Cookies, etc.)
- Click Clear Private Data Now
Safari - Windows
- On the Menu Bar, click Edit | Reset Safari . . . or click the "gear" icon in the top-right corner | Reset Safari
- Check each of the items you want to clear
- Click Reset
Safari - Mac OS X
- From the Safari menu, click Reset Safari . . .
- From the menu, select the items you wish to reset
- Click Reset
- Beginning with Safari 5.1, the "Remove all website data" option clears both cookies and the cache
Google Chrome
- In the Browser Bar, enter this text: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- Check the items you want to delete (i.e. Clear browsing history, Empty the cache, etc.)
- From the "Obliterate the following items from:" drop-down list menu choose which time period you want to clear. Select "beginning of time" to clear the entire cache

Mobile Devices
Mobile Safari iOS 6.x(iPhone, iPod touch, iPad)
To clear the cache and cookies or history:
- On the Home screen, tap Settings | tap Safari
- Tap Clear Cookies and Data | tap Clear
- Tap Clear History | tap Clear
Android
To clear the cache, cookies, or history
- Start your browser
- Tap Settings
- Tap"Clear private data", tap to select the items to be cleared
- Tap Clear data
