Update: Clicker problems if students don't use @ndsu.edu

Students must use their official @ndsu.edu email addresses to create their TurningPoint accounts. If they used their email logins (@ndus.edu), points will not sync/display in Blackboard until they correct their email addresses in their TurningPoint accounts.

Check the Profile Settings in your TurningPoint Account to make sure you used your official @ndsu.edu email:
  1. Log into Blackboard, and then open your TurningPoint Account through the Tools menu
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Click Profile in the top menu.
  4. In the section with your name and other details, click the pencil icon in the top right corner. If you see an email field, this is an indication you need to change the email address to your official @ndsu.edu address. If you do not see the email field, you do not need to take any action.
