Instructional Services Training

The Instructional Services team in Quentin Burdick Building 204 offers training sessions designed primarily to meet the needs of faculty and staff. Students are also welcome to attend any sessions not marked "Faculty/Staff Only".

TLMC Workshops

The Technology Learning & Media Center in QBB 150C offers workshops for the general campus population. These one to two hour workshops are usually taught by TLMC student staff members and are geared primarily toward student needs, but faculty and staff members are also welcome to attend!

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification

If you use the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and/or Outlook), you can earn a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification in one or all of them! MOS Certifications are the official credential backed by Microsoft and recognized world-wide as a demonstration of your proficiency with Office applications.

Learn more about the MOS Certification process and training options

NDSU currently has exam vouchers available which allow you to take the MOS Certification exams on-campus at no cost. Take advantage of this great opportunity for professional development before it's too late!

This program has been jointly funded through the NDSU Student Technology Fee and by a contribution from NDSU Staff Senate with administrative support provided by the ITS Technology Learning and Media Center (TLMC).
