|Time Sheet Second Half of Month||Accounting||Students working in the Mechanical Engineering Department may print a time sheet for the second half of the month (16 - 31) using the link below. The time sheet is due in the ME Office within a few days after the end of the month and needs to be signed by both you and your supervisor.
|Time Sheet First Half of Month||Accounting||Students working in the Mechanical Engineering Department may print a time sheet for the first half of the month (1 - 15) using the link below. The time sheet is due in the ME Office within a few days after the 15th and needs to be signed by both you and your supervisor.
|Petition for Professional Program Admission||Academic||Students currently unable to enter the ME Basic Program, due to the NDSU cumulative GPA standard of 2.80, may petition the Mechanical Engineering Department for direct admission to the ME Professional Program under the following criteria: (A) Complete and Submit this form, (B) Must have a minimum Engineering GPA of 2.80 and a Cumulative GPA of at least 2.50, (C) Must be currently enrolled in or have completed all fundamental Basic Program Courses, (D) No grade less than "C" in any fundamental Basic Program Course.|

You will be reimbursed ONLY if this form is completed and approved PRIOR to purchases. NDSU does not pay sales tax, therefore, this may not be reimbursed. An ORIGINAL receipt must also accompany this form.|

|Scholarship Application 2017||Academic||College of Engineering General Scholarship Application used to award all scholarships available through the ME Department. All current Mechanical Engineering students are eligible to apply. To complete the online scholarship application, please visit https://www.ndsu.edu/onestop/finaid/scholarships/ and click on the “Apply Now” button. You will then be asked to log in using the same credentials that you use for Blackboard. Application is DUE on March 15th, 2017. Scholarship awards will be applied to the Fall 2017 semester.|
|FERPA Form||Academic||All students requesting Mechanical Engineering Faculty to serve as a reference for scholarships, job searches, co-ops or any other such purpose, need to have a FERPA from on file in the ME Office.
|Pre-Order Form, Required for ALL Purchases||Accounting||All individuals (students/faculty/staff) purchasing items through the Mechanical Engineering Department MUST have this form on file before doing so. You may also need to check in the ME Office for specifics about ordering with certain companies. If ordering for a Senior Design project, a yellow budget form is also required. Without this form and a budget on file, you do not have proper authorization to purchase items for any project.
|Trial Card||Academic||A trial card is used as an aid for planning a class schedule. A signed trial card is needed when permits are required for courses. Trial cards can be found in the Mechanical Engineering Department Office, or can be printed from the web site.|
