Congratulations, Lacey!

Lacey Dickerman, a sophomore microbiology major from Hankinson, ND, recently received a Council on Undergraduate Research travel award to present her research “Yolk melatonin and receptor signaling: investigating roles in embryo development in chicken eggs” at the Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology meeting in New Orleans in January. Lacey joined Dr. Wendy Reed’s lab in Biological Sciences in June 2016 for a summer research project, which she is continuing this semester. She will be presenting her work at the NDSU Explore Conference on campus in November.
