NDSU Dining can meet all your conference dining needs, from elegant and memorable catered experiences to delicious and nutritionally balanced dining center meals.
The fully renovated West Dining Center (WDC) serves thousands of visitors throughout the summer.
West Dining Center’s food stations offer a variety menu items, from homestyle classics to international cuisine. Although the entire facility is peanut and tree-nut free, the WDC also features a "Clean Eats" station which provides menu items free of the top eight allergens. All meals are served buffet style by a Dining team member.
West Dining Center’s summer hours and menus are determined by our conference groups. If capacity allows, other guests, students, faculty and staff are welcome to join our conference guests while meals are being served.
Menus and hours can be found using the NDSU Dining App or by visiting the Dining website.
NDSU Catering can turn your meal into an unforgettable experience. As the exclusive provider to the NDSU campus, catering is available for any occasion, location or budget.
Served fine dining experiences, picnics, box lunches or snacks are just some of the options available.
