Identification: Rfw 15.87 mm; fw gray,. Ordinary spots fuscous, p.m. line represented by dark dots on veins, hw unmarked white.  All tibiae setose, eyes without hair, frons with a raised ring.

Similar species: 10669, 10715, 10723, 10809, 10811, 10813, 10841, 10842, 10847, 10894, 10902, 10906, and 10909.

Distribution: southern Alaska to Nova Scotia, southward into Mexico.

Hosts: Larvae have been reported from more than 20 species of forbs,  vegetables, and row crops.
