Anaplectoides prasina (Denis & Schiffermüller 1775)
| Common name: Green winged
dart/ Green arches. Hodges #: 11000. Identification: Rfw 24.75 mm, fw crossed by two green streaks, fading to yellow in preserved specimens; fw irrorate with gray, black and white scales, hw fuscous with darker discal lunule and marginal band. Fore tibia with a few mesal and lateral setae apically. Eyes without surface hair. Similar species: 9348, 10275, 10276, 10300, 10929, and 11001. Distribution: Boreal zone species ranging across Canada and northern United States, southward in the Rockies and Appalachians. Also in the Palearctic region across Eurasia. Hosts: Larvae feed on Prunus-- cherry, Rubus-- currant, and Vaccinium- blueberries.
