Weekly Rain

Monday night rains added up to over 1” in far southeastern North Dakota as well as a stretch along Highway 200 in the east central of the state.  Another rain maker, albeit much lighter impacting many areas on Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday night.   There have been numerous storm systems in the past several weeks, but they were all staying south of our area, but as spring progresses, unusually North Dakota and northern Minnesota gets wetter and that looks to be the case this year.  Although not much moisture is expected in the near term, another more significant rain maker may be influencing this area early next week.
