Better, Still Below

Our Sun angle now is the equivalent of Labor Day weekend.  The strength of the Sun this time of year pretty much guarantees high temperatures well into the 40s in locations where there is no snow cover.  Therefore, as the snow slowly melts, our high temperature potential will slowly increase.  The overall pattern is still for below average temperatures to linger for another week or more, plus, there will be some more snow potential until the pattern changes so don’t expect a quick change to Spring, but at least temperatures should be a bit warmer.  Having said that, we are still likely 2-3 weeks away from getting out in the fields in many areas.
