Although cool, most of North Dakota has recorded little moisture in the past few days. There will be a system tomorrow that will impact especially southwestern North Dakota, but the northern part of the state into Northwestern Minnesota looks to be getting missed. Even in the west the moisture looks light, so overall, a dry week locally. That will not be the case for our friends to the south as a large area of rain will fall from South Dakota through southern Minnesota and points southeast of there. A weaker storm will impact the region on Saturday, but after that a big warm up is coming. Although not perfect, but much improved weather is slowing arriving.
