Zetterstedt, Johann Wilhelm (b. May 24, 1785, Gteborg, Sweden; d. Dec. 23, 1874, Lund) - A Swedish naturalist who worked primarily on Diptera and Hymenoptera.  He was influenced early in his career by Anders Jahan Retzius at Lund University.  He received the title of professor in 1822, and became professor of botany and practical economy at Lund University in 1836; he retired in 1853. Notable work: Fauna insectorum Lapponica (1928). His collection is deposited in the Museum of Zoology, Lund University, Lund, Finland (MZLU). Citations: Saunders (1874), Anonymous (1875a-c), Dohrn (1875), and Lichtenstein (1875).

Zou, Huang-Guang (b. 1939, East China; d. Jan. 7, 1989) - Teacher of Entomology in the 1960's at Nankai University. Early work, under influence from T. Y. Hsiao, Zou worked primarily on Lygaeidae (sensu lato); later he turned his attention more towards Chinese Miridae. Died of gastric cancer. See Zheng (1990) for short biographical note.
