An oil and collage piece by Kimble Bromley, NDSU professor of visual arts, titled “Billboard Series: Back, Reclining Figure,” will be up for bids as part of the 15th annual Autumn Art Auction at the North Dakota Museum of Art. The event is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 9, at 8 p.m. The museum is located at 261 Centennial Drive in Grand Forks, N.D.

The museum started the annual gala party and auction in order to develop a buyer’s market for artists living in North Dakota and the surrounding region.

Tickets can be purchased at the museum or by calling 701-777-4195. All works went on display Oct. 25 and will be shown until the auction.

Museum hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday-Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

NDSU is recognized as one of the nation’s top 108 public and private universities by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education.
