Print and Copy Services makes staff changes

Print and Copy Services has made recent staff changes, according to Diane Ness, customer service manager.

Dawn Long was hired as customer service representative. Working in Morrill Hall room 10, Long manages projects ordered through Digital Storefront and works with customers for the walk-up copiers in the NDSU fleet. Long can be contacted at 701-231-2000 or dawn.long@ndsu.edu.

Nancy Hillen joined the staff as customer account technician in May, and manages all billings for Print and Copy Services. For billing questions, she can be reached at 701-231-8347 or nancy.hillen@ndsu.edu.
