NDSU Distance and Continuing Education’s Executive Education program is scheduled to offer “Emotional Intelligence: High Level Leadership” Tuesday March 25, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Fargo. Emotional Intelligence is a subject known to Executive Education programs nationwide.

Session presenter Rick Holmberg, owner of 2 Levels Up Coaching, said, “Emotional Intelligence will often make the difference in how high you go in your career. Unlike IQ, which is pretty much set for us, it is a skill that can be developed and increased.”

The session focuses on the eight principles to be elite, tools to have authentic conversations and strategies for managing conflict. Registration and additional information are available at www.ndsu.edu/dce/execed.
