The NDSU Staff Senate is seeking vendors to participate in its annual vendor show. The fourth annual event, which raises funds for student scholarships, is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 17, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the McGovern Alumni Center.
The vendor show typically features a number of home-based vendors, such as Mary Kay, Tupperware, Tyra Beauty, Origami Owl and Jamberry.
"We welcome other vendors of home-based businesses or those who make their own crafts such as woven rugs, scarves, other sewing projects, jewelry, ceramics, greeting cards and photos," said Carin Engler, Staff Senator and Residence Life administrative clerk.
Engler said contributed items also are requested for the event's silent auction, which is new this year. She said Scheels, MJ Capelli, Lunde Motors, Sandy’s Donuts, Smiling Moose, Blarney Stone Pub and the YMCA have donated to the auction.
