The organizers of NDSU's Women's Week are requesting proposals for presentations for the event, scheduled Feb. 29 through March 4, 2016, in the Memorial Union.

Women's Week is held each year to create awareness and celebrate the accomplishments of women.

The deadline for proposals is Friday, Dec. 4.

Presentations are encouraged related to women's studies, gender studies, queer studies, feminist studies or topics encompassing women's lives. Proposals should include a brief summary of 250 words or less; names of presenters, contact information and position titles; dates and times of speaker availability; title and description of the session that is no longer than two sentences; and a list of the presentation's technology needs.

Presentations are tentatively scheduled for noon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday; and at 2 p.m. each day.

Send proposals or inquiries to Erienne Fawcett at Morrill Hall 114 C, erienne.fawcett@ndsu.edu or 231-6157.
