Fans of the NDSU men’s basketball team are invited to attend a watch party for the NCAA Selection Show on Sunday, March 15, at the Bison Sports Arena. Admission is free.
Doors open at 4 p.m. and CBS Television will announce the 65-team tournament field pairings beginning at 5 p.m. The first 1,000 fans will receive a commemorative poster. NDSU team members will be signing autographs prior to the selection show. Concessions also will be available.
NDSU advances to the NCAA Division I tournament for the first time in school history after winning The Summit League tournament championship Tuesday night. The Bison have a 26-6 overall record and also won The Summit League regular season crown.
Locations for the first and second rounds of the NCAA tournament will be announced during the selection show. Those games will take place March 18-22.
