The NDSU community is invited to a tree dedication ceremony in memory of Amy Taggart, an English professor who died in June. The ceremony is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 13, at 2 p.m., in the Challey Atrium of Reineke Fine Arts Center.
Taggart was beloved by students and colleagues across the campus for her wisdom, generosity and compassion. She was deeply respected for her leadership and scholarship.
The tree will be planted on the north side of Minard Hall where Taggart’s office was located and where she taught many classes.
