The website Online Engineering Programs recognized NDSU for its comprehensive curriculum and myriad learning opportunities. It also listed Todd L. Sirotiak, associate professor of construction and management engineering, as one of the top teachers and experts in his field.

Sirotiak’s research involves virtual design and construction, and advanced concrete methods. He also has extensive real-world experience in construction.

The Master of Construction Management program is an online professional program consisting of 30 credits of course work and the Associate Constructor Exam. Graduates receive advanced education in new and expanding areas of construction programming, cost control and project management.

NDSU also offers a nine-credit online Construction Management Graduate Certificate. Graduate certificates are valuable tools for career advancement and are designed for individuals who want to gain credentials at the graduate-level prior to completing a full master's program. Credits from the graduate certificate are designed to transfer into a full graduate degree program.
