SHARE

The Office of Human Resources/Payroll has planned two informational sessions on the NDPERS Wellness Center program in March. The first session is set for Tuesday, March 23, at 2 p.m. The second session is set for Wednesday, March 31, at 9 a.m. Both sessions will be in the Memorial Union Century Theater. Each participant will receive a free set of three exercise bands.

The NDPERS Wellness Program provides the opportunity to earn up to $250 per year for both an employee and their participating spouse using either the health club credit program or the My Health Center program, or a combination of the two.

The health club credit option includes a $20 per month health club reimbursement for both employee and spouse if they exercise at a National Independent Health Club Association affiliated health club 12 or more days out of the month. To see a complete listing of all National Independent Health Club Association affiliated health clubs, go to www.nihca.org.

The My Health Center option allows an employee and spouse to register online and earn points for tracking health and wellness activities that may be redeemed for incentives and prizes. Both programs require participants to complete a health assessment annually online at www.ndwellnesscenter.com. For customer support, contact the My Health Center helpline at (866) 300-6949.
