SHARE

On Friday, Nov.12, a delegation from China Three Gorges University, including their president and three academic deans, visited NDSU to sign a memorandum of understanding and further develop a relationship with NDSU. They discussed forming an undergraduate-plus agreement in computer science and potentially other academic areas. Another possible area of collaboration is to send their faculty to NDSU to earn doctoral degrees. CTGU is a comprehensive university that enrolls approximately 30,000 students. The school is located in Hubei Province and is in the vicinity of the Three Gorges Dam, which is the largest hydroelectric facility in the world. The group was hosted by computer science faculty members, Jun Kong and Ken Nygard.
