NDSU College of Health Professions students awarded scholarships

Generous donors have contributed a record $394,895 to fund scholarships for students in the NDSU College of Health Professions for 2020-21.

Students in pharmacy, nursing, allied sciences and public health celebrated scholarship awards through virtual meetings with their donors and other recognition.

“It means that all my hard work and the different things I do are being acknowledged,” said Lauren Nordberg, recipient of a scholarship in pharmacy. “Having that help means I can focus more on school. Having that extra cushion means all the world.”

“Scholarships help provide our students support to pursue their education in health professions,” said Charles D. Peterson, dean of the College of Health Professions. “We extend sincere appreciation to generous donors who make the scholarship program possible.”
