Professor of painting and drawing Kimble Bromley's painting, "A Cool Day on the Pond," will be included in the North Dakota Museum of Art 2020 online auction.

The museum holds the auction annually to raise funds. Pre-bidding is open until Nov. 21, however, bidders will need to defend their bids Nov. 21 at 4 p.m., when the auction goes live.

Buyers should register for the auction well before the 4 p.m. start time to assure they will be approved.

Bromley joined the NDSU faculty in 1996. His work has been supported by grants from Kellogg, Teagle/Bell South and Partners of the Americas. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Buena Vista College, master’s degree at the University of Northern Iowa and Master of Fine Arts at Southern Illinois University.

As a student-focused, land-grant, research university, we serve our citizens.
