‘Dress for Success’ donations sought

The NDSU Volunteer Network is collecting “Dress for Success” donations through March 2 as part of Women’s Week. Desired donations include new and gently used career attire; unopened hair/cosmetic products; closed-toe, interview-appropriate shoes; unopened hosiery; new undergarments and business-appropriate jewelry.

“Dress for Success” promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, support and career development tools.

The items will be donated to the “Dress for Success” organization in Hawley, Minn. 

Drop-off locations are in the Barry Hall Bookstore, Klai Hall, Renaissance Hall, the Volunteer Network Office in the Memorial Union and during the showing of the film, “The Help,” at the Memorial Union Century Theater on Wednesday, Feb. 29, at 7 p.m.
