NDSU to host meat science conference at the Fargodome

The NDSU Department of Animal Sciences is slated to host the 65th American Meat Science Association’s Reciprocal Meat Conference June 17-20 at the Fargodome. The conference serves as the annual meeting for the association, which is the foremost group of meat science professionals in the United States. The event features an interactive program tailored to bring attendees an inspiring educational experience, according to conference organizers. Approximately 600 attendees are expected.
