Graduate student awarded fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital

Mun Yee Kwan, a graduate student in NDSU’s Psychological Clinical Science program, was awarded a fellowship at the Harris Center for Education and Advocacy in Eating Disorders at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She will learn about research on eating disorders and new skills under the mentorship of well-known researchers in the field of eating disorders.

The summer graduate fellowship also includes data analysis, manuscript writing and learning about clinical and research methodology issues in the field of eating disorders.

Kwan earned a bachelor’s degree from HELP University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Bemidji State University. She is pursuing a doctorate in psychological clinical science at NDSU.
