Dr. Loretta Heuer attended the Spring 2011 Brook Military Medical Center ROTC Nurse Educator Tour held at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas from April 28, to April 30, 2011. The Brook Military Medical Center is a premier Army hospital and Level 1 trauma center providing world-class care for America's wounded warriors. The Center also provides training for Army, Navy, and Air Force clinicians. The purpose of this tour was to provide nurse educators with a firsthand look at the future of Army military medicine and nursing.
