NDSU Health Professions students receive scholarships to support workforce development

Seven students in the NDSU College of Health Professions have received $2,500 scholarships from the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota Caring Foundation.

NDSU Pharmacy and Public Health

NDSU Public Health

  • Juliana Gyamfuah Antwi, Fargo, North Dakota

The Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota Caring Foundation provides scholarships to help address the critical shortage in the healthcare workforce in the state. Through its academic programs, the NDSU College of Health Professions helps prepare highly-skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals for careers in nursing, pharmacy, public health, pharmaceutical sciences, respiratory care, radiologic sciences, medical diagnostic sonography, medical laboratory science, and health services.
