The most common Customer Account Services hold is a Past Due Balances hold. This hold is placed on all accounts with charges that are two (2) or more days past the due date.
This hold will prevent a student from:
- Registering for subsequent semesters
- Adding courses
- Receiving a transcript
- Receiving a diploma
Other Customer Accounts Services holds are placed on student accounts for various reasons. Please contact either the One Stop Service Center, or Customer Account Services with questions concerning holds, they will refer you to the appropriate staff member to assist you.
