Registration & Records

As the centralized source for complete, current and accurate academic information relevant to North Dakota State University, the Office of Registration and Records is dedicated to supporting the educational mission of the University and the scholastic goals of its students. This is accomplished through high quality educational support services, and clear and consistent information regarding institutional academic policies and procedures. The Office of Registration and Records also ensures that student records of academic progress and accomplishments are maintained with accuracy and integrity, and are transmitted in a timely and professional manner.

The Office of Registration and Records is a contributing office for the NDSU One Stop. The One Stop service center staff are prepared to assist students with many services offered by the Office of Registration and Records. However, the Office Registration and Records remains fully available to assist students, faculty, and staff with a complete range of services related to registration processes and student academic records.  For more information, please stop in to 110 Ceres Hall and visit with a staff member, contact the office at 701-231-7981 or 1-800-608-NDSU, or visit the Office of Registration and Records online at www.ndsu.edu/registrar.
