Purchase an NDSU Parking Permit

ANNUAL PERMITS
 

Vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers are eligible to purchase parking permits online by creating a guest account. All NDSU permits are non-refundable and valid payment options include debit or credit cards only.  NDSU permits become valid upon purchase and are not allowed in: pay lots, no parking zones, fire lanes, sidewalks, state fleet lot, reserved spaces, sidewalks or campus green spaces.

Vendors, contractors, consultants and service providers will have multiple permit types to choose from. Please see the options below and choose which lot location(s) work best for you. Parking lot locations can be viewed within the NDSU Parking Map.

Main Campus Options: (valid December 19, 2022 - Aug 15, 2023)

  • AD permits - valid in AD & IFC lots
  • AE permits - valid in AE & TA lots
  • BH/KH permits - valid in Barry Hall (BH) & Klai Hall (KH) downtown lots
  • CF permits - valid in CF, RF & W lots
  • FM permits - valid in FM & AR lots

Discounted Options: (valid December 19, 2022 - Aug 15, 2023)

  • FargoDome permits - valid in FargoDome lots C, D & E
  • Summer permits - valid in all student lots from May 15 - Aug 15

Main Campus Permits: $92.50
FargoDome Permits: $30.00
Summer Permits: $25.00

 

TEMPORARY PERMITS
 

Temporary permits may be purchased online for short-term parking  for select parking lots around campus. You will be asked to select a specific parking lot from the following options: AR, CF, FM, NQ, RF, RP, TA, W, the FargoDome lots and the NDSU downtown lots. Please view the NDSU Parking Map for lot locations. Temporary permits are non-refundable and can only be paid with a debit/credit card.

Temporary Permits: $2.00 a day

Online Purchasing Instructions

Please read all the below instructions carefully.

  1. Make sure you allow for all cookies and pop ups.
  2. Visit the NDSU Parking Portal(If you currently have an account, proceed to step 5).
  3. Select NDSU Contractor or NDSU Vendor as your classification.
  4. Click Create Account.
  5. Log into your account.
  6. Select Get Permits and read the permit instructions before proceeding to the purchase pages.
  7. Select the type of permit you are looking for and proceed with your purchase.
  8. Please read your receipt and pay close attention to all delivery/print out instructions.
