The North Dakota State University Challey School of Music, the American Choral Directors Association, and the American Composers Forum proudly announce the "NDSU Choral Symposium: Contemporary Composition in America."
Noted composer, conductor, and lecturer Eric Whitacre will headline the three-day symposium, presenting sessions on his music and working with NDSU choral ensembles.
Composers, conductors, choral enthusiasts and music students are invited to attend and participate in sessions highlighting American choral music of both emerging and established composers.
Topics to include commissions, publishing, second-performances, composition competitions and programming. Guest presenters will include nationally and internationally known composers.

The Contemporary Composition in America Choral Symposium is honored to work with world-renowned composer and conductor Eric Whitacre during the symposium.
Featured Choir: Cantus
We are pleased to announce Minneapolis-based choral ensemble Cantus as our featured choir.

Registration and Concert Tickets
One-day and full conference registration is now available, along with full and modified registration options for students. Please visit NDSU Marketplace to register. Depending on your registration choice, you'll receive admission to one or both of the concerts with Cantus on Friday, Oct. 23 and Eric Whitacre on Saturday, Oct. 24.
