Patnode to Present Performances in Arizona, California

Dr. Matthew Patnode, Associate Professor with NDSU Music, will present a series of saxophone quartet concerts in the Phoenix, Arizona, and Los Angeles, California regions, September 21-24. Patnode, tenor saxophone, was invited to perform with the internationally acclaimed Joseph Wytko Saxophone Quartet.

While in Phoenix the group will present performances at Glendale Community College, Arizona State University Kerr Center, and the Tempe Center for the Arts.  The group will then present a master class and concert at Chapman University in Orange, California. The tour program will consist of a saxophone quartet by Alexander Glazounov and feature premiers by the American composer Brent Weaver, and French composer, Anthony Girard.
