All orders will be held at the reservations table for pick-up before show time unless we are directed to do otherwise.

We regret that no refunds can be made. Exchanges may be made up until 4:30 pm on the evening of the performance if tickets are still available. There is a $1 per ticket handling charge for exchanges.

Beckwith Recital Hall events are free of charge, unless otherwise noted.

Challey School of Music ensemble performances are $5 for adults and $2 for students and seniors, unless otherwise noted below in the Special Event Ticket Prices Section.

  • Special rates are available for groups of ten or more people for some events. Call the Division of Performing Arts Box Office (701-231-7969) for more information.
  • All Theatre NDSU shows are general admission seating.

Special Needs Accessibility

Festival Concert Hall, Beckwith Recital Hall, Askanase Hall, and Walsh Studio Theatre are wheelchair accessible. Special needs parking for Festival Concert Hall and Beckwith Recital Hall events is located in the T2 lot west of the Music Education Building. Special needs parking for Askanase Hall and the Walsh Studio Theatre is located at the southwest corner of Askanase Hall. The special needs accessible doorway to Askanase is located at the northeast corner of the building.

Special seating is available for people with wheelchairs, walkers, or limited mobility. To make arrangements, call the Division of Performing Arts Box Office at (701) 231-7969.

Assistive listening devices and large print programs are available upon request. Please make your request to the Division of Performing Arts Box Office at least 48 hours before the performance.

Restrooms are located on the west side of the lobby on the main floor and second level of Festival Concert Hall; an elevator is located near the restrooms. Restrooms in Askanase Hall are located in the Walsh Studio Theatre lobby (wheelchair accessible) and the lower level.
